This Barcode spent 366 days resting in Jim Beam bourbon barrels, slowly building layers of vanilla, caramel and warm oak. Single-origin cacao from Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley brings an unexpected twist, adding notes of red berries, plum, apple skin and subtle tropical fruit alongside soft chocolate richness. The result is deep and decadent, yet remarkably vibrant for a barrel-aged stout.
