We’re kicking off something fresh! Singularity is our new monthly Hazy TIPA series, a playground to push our brewing to the absolute limit. Expect a drop every month, with new hop combinations and never holding back.
For #01, we loaded this brew up with Cryo Pop, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This results in a massive hit of tropical fruit and bright citrus, balanced by that classic Nelson Sauvin white grape and gooseberry vibe. To keep all those intense hop flavors smooth and drinkable, we built a velvety base using pilsner malt, wheat, oats and chit malt.
This is officially the most heavily hopped beer we’ve ever made. It’s bold, yet soft and overflowing with hop character!"
